512 UCEN 90 Series is a range of two-component solvent-free epoxy novolac coatings suitable for application to metallic and primed concrete surfaces. The coatings once cured can withstand permanent immersion conditions in full-strength inorganic acids and chemicals up to 230℉ / 110℃. Chemicals these products can withstand include 98% sulphuric acid, 36% hydrochloric acid & 75% phosphoric acid. The coating can be applied by brush, roller, standard airless spray or heated plural feed spray and has been used across all industries for long-term chemical attack protection.

512 UCEN 90 XL is a high build solvent-free high-functionality epoxy novolac coating designed to provide outstanding chemical and corrosion protection of steel and concrete structures at elevated temperatures. The coating has been designed to be applied by roller or standard airless spray equipment and once cured the coating will resist high-concentration chemicals such as 98% sulphuric acid at immersion temperatures up to 75°C.
