Solvent free epoxy with ceramic beads for medium sliding abrasion. 204 Heavy Duty Ceramic Repair Paste is a two component solvent free epoxy repair compound which contains 0.2mm – 1.5mm ceramic beads. The product is ideal for resurfacing and protecting metallic substrates subject to medium sliding abrasion.

204 Heavy Duty Ceramic Paste is a solvent-free, two-part epoxy reinforced with durable ceramic beads (0.2–1.2mm) for superior sliding abrasion resistance. Formulated for high-build applications, it shields metal surfaces exposed to abrasive wear from small to medium particle flow.

Once cured, it forms a dense, erosion-resistant barrier that stands up to impact without slumping. Apply in single layers up to 15mm thick for fast, reliable resurfacing—even on worn or damaged equipment.

Application Overview.

  2. Degrease: Use MEK or equivalent pre- and post-blast.
  3. Application: Coat before oxidation (gingering) occurs.
  4. Contaminated Surfaces: Use high-pressure water rinse and salt tests as per guidelines.
