RESIMETAL 206 Ceramic HTA Fluid – solvent-free epoxy Novolac coating for high-temperature immersion in acids is designed to protect equipment operating in contact with acids and highly aggressive chemicals at elevated temperatures. The Ceramic HTA coating once fully cured is capable of withstanding temperatures up to 110°C (230°F) in continuous immersion in sulfuric acid & hydrochloric acid.
- Apply to abrasive blast cleaned surfaces

206 Ceramic HTA Fluid – Power station chimney containing steam & sulphur dioxide at 90-110˚C relined using 206 Ceramic HTA Fluid which is a two-component solvent-free epoxy novolac repair fluid. The product can resist continuous immersion conditions in hydrocarbons and acidic media up to 110˚C.

• Apply in 2 coats at 500-600 microns per coat
• Suitable for metallic surfaces
