302 Epoxy Metal Repair Cement Paste.

302 Epoxy Repair Cement is a high-build two-component, surface-tolerant, solvent-free epoxy metal repair paste that has been designed to be applied to manually or mechanically abraded surfaces and is tolerant of low-level surface contamination.

302 Epoxy Repair Cement Paste can be applied by trowel to large surface areas to fill any imperfections, cracks or pitting. Once cured it can be overcoated with any solvent-free or solvent-based coating.

Fill and repair badly pitted tank and pipe surfaces.
Seal leaking tank seams.
Cold bond steel plates to leaking tanks and pipes.
Resurface badly corroded structural steel.

The product resists attack by a wide variety of inorganic acids, alkalies, salts and organic media.
Suitable for use in immersed conditions at temperatures up to 70°C.
Resistant to dry heat up to 150°C dependent on load.
Suitable for rebuilding corrosion pitting on metallic structures such as internal/ external tank surfaces, pipelines and pipework.

302 Epoxy Repair Cement is a high-performance, two-pack, solvent-free epoxy repair system for use on metallic surfaces. 302 Epoxy Repair Cement is ideal for applications where only minimal surface preparation can be carried out.

The material can also be used to fill and resurface larger surface areas using trowels or rubber floats. Ideal for resurfacing large manually prepared surfaces, to fill any imperfections, cracks or pitting. Once cured it can be overcoated with any solvent-free or solvent-based coating.
