A range of two-component solvent-free epoxy penetrating concrete primers. 503 Primer Range has been developed for use on newly laid or porous concrete and cementitious surfaces. On curing the products consolidate the substrate and help to improve adhesion during application of other coating systems.

RESICHEM 503 SPEP(Faster Curing) Low viscosity primer for sealing concrete surfaces.
503 SPEP – Faster Curing Low viscosity penetrating Epoxy Primer for sealing and consolidating concrete and cementitious surfaces. The coating can be applied to cementitious surfaces with a moisture content of 8% or less.
Concrete surface on a chemical containment area was primed, mechanically abraded and sealed with Resichem 503 SPEP before being over-coated with Resichem 501 CRSG a two-component solvent free low viscosity epoxy primer designed to seal porous surfaces.
