High Temperature Resistant Coatings.
High temperature resistant coatings and materials are built on the state-of-the-art epoxy novolac & silicon resin technology moreover, the High Temperature Protection Resistant coatings are designed to be applied to hydroblasted or abrasive blast-cleaned surfaces. These coatings can be applied to external process or chemical storage surfaces and protect against corrosion caused by elevated operating temperatures. Both materials are single component can be spray applied on to hot surfaces.

Resimac 530 HA100 High Temperature Protection Resistant Coatings
530 HA100 – Apply to Hot Surfaces up to 240C.
530 HA100 innovative coating is activated at temperatures above 100C and resists highly corrosive environments up to 240C and is applied to hot process surfaces where shutting down production is not possible. High Temperature Resistant Coatings can be used as an anti-corrosive barrier coating or as a primer for multi-layered polypropylene and polyethylene pipe wrapping.

532 Heatsil 500 – Protect Surfaces up to 500C.
532 Heatsil 500 is a single-component solvent-free moisture cured silicone material which cures at ambient temperature to give a corrosion and heat resistant surface, moreover, the material is designed to be spray applied and will resist temperatures of up to 500 ̊C/ 932 ̊F.
