The repair process of the steel conveyor roller started with mechanical surface preparation using a needle gun, creating a rough texture to ensure optimal adhesion. Next, 202 Abrasion Resistant Epoxy Ceramic Repair Fluid was carefully brushed on to a wet film thickness of 500 microns. While the coating was still wet, aluminium oxide aggregate was generously broadcast over the surface, producing a tough, highly textured anti-slip finish. The roller was rotated during application to guarantee full, even coverage. Once cured, the roller was rotated again to remove any excess aggregate, revealing a rugged, high-traction surface ready for immediate use.
